Mission Statement

Our History and Mission:

The Stampede Troupe, Greeley’s oldest community theatre organization, was founded in 1973 by Jim DeMersseman, Harold Hamler and Kent Smith. Since its inception, more than 1000 community artists have participated in over 70 theatrical productions.  Our goal is to continue to provide the community with a wide variety of quality production.

The Mission of The Stampede Troupe is:

-To produce a variety of high quality live theatre for the community
-To provide organized, efficient, and artistic performance opportunities for actors and other creative artists


-To offer theatre oriented educational experiences for youth
